Pizza Campania offers a focused menu utilizing the highest quality ingredients. The menu was designed in order to be able to achieve maximum freshness– all items are made from scratch daily.
They use a special flour made exactly for wood-oven baking and tomatoes grown in near Naples in fields with volcanic soil, rendering a characteristic flavor. These tomatoes are also hand-picked by family-run businesses allowing them to ripen on the vine. The Cheese is also Italian – you may choose between the classic Mozzarella or the Bufala Mozzarella. The Bufala Mozzarella is produced from the special breed of Water Buffalos in and around Campania, the region surrounding Naples; which have been supplying this incredible cheese since the Roman times – it's packed full of flavor!
